In order to offer you a better experience, LUXURY ALLEY has changed its entire system. Some data could not be transferred despite our efforts.

You will find below all the information useful for this change.

Status of your customer account

We have imported your customer account and the following information:

  • name
  • first name
  • e-mail address
  • Delivery address
  • billing address

The storage and respect for anonymity linked to your personal data is always guaranteed and has not been affected.

We do not manage payment data and never have access to it; they are always managed by banking establishments which are responsible for their security.

Loyalty statuses will be restored as soon as possible.

Order history

The history of your orders placed on the old site is not accessible on the new site. We have created a specific page allowing you to continue accessing it.

Return request

To request a return of an order placed on the old site, you must make a request to customer service.

Returns in progress

Returns are being processed; you will receive an email from us as soon as possible once your return has been validated.

Current assets & credits

Unused assets are being transferred and will be usable no later than March 12, 2024.

Login to your customer account

Simply use your email address, you will be able to log in using a unique code system sent upon login.

Your usual identifiers are valid to access your historical orders placed on the old site.

Orders currently open are processed as normal. You can access it by following the instructions below.

Subscriptions to our private messages

We have carried out the necessary manipulations so that people unsubscribed from our newsletters do not receive the following ones.

However, it is not impossible that some people receive it again despite unsubscribing. If you are concerned, please do not hesitate to contact us or unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. (You have the right to remain subscribed too ;))
