A product does not meet your expectations, or have you simply changed your mind?
You can easily make your return request from your customer account and request a refund on one or more items. You have up to 30 days following receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return.

How to return items?

We offer two solutions for making a return.

Return VIP

Do you want a different size or another model? Opt for VIP return.

Make your free return from your customer account. You will receive a pre-paid return label to return the item that does not fit you free of charge. Stick the label and drop it off at the chosen relay point without having to worry about queues, postage or the journey of the package.

You have 30 days to make your return request. It’s practical and effective!

How it works ?

For France & Belgium, you can choose peace of mind with VIP Return.

  • make your request from your customer account
  • your request is processed by us, all details are sent to you by email
  • you print or have printed (some relay points offer it) your return slip
  • drop off your package and that's it
  • your customer account will be credited with the amount of the returned items (usable immediately)

Advantages

  • no queues, delivery or postage worries, we take care of everything
  • upon receipt of your return, you receive a full store credit for the returned items, valid immediately on the entire site
  • full coverage in the event of loss of the returned package (see conditions)

Refund

You have the right to a period of 14 clear days from receipt of your order to request a refund of one or more items ordered.

You can simply make a return request from your customer account. You will receive the details necessary for the smooth running of your return by email.

The use of the pre-paid return label is reserved for VIP returns and does not allow bank reimbursement. To obtain a bank refund for a return, you must make the return yourself, within 14 days, using the returns address provided in the return request confirmation email.

The right of withdrawal is reserved for individual customers and the reimbursement of returned items is conditional on the return of the items respecting the return conditions.

The refund is always made by the payment method used to pay for the order.
